About Berrybank Park

Berrybank Park is situated in the heart of the Cotswolds at Oddington, near Stow-on-the-Wold.  Overlooking the Evenlode Valley and with its views of a glorious expanse of sky rising over the distant treeline, it’s a beautiful and inspiring place.

 

Built into the natural slope is a grass-terraced Amphitheatre. Alongside is the Pavilion, its Indian-inspired, circular form created from an Ash frame covered by canvas.


The Amphitheatre, the Pavilion are set in a landscape of spring-flowering cherry trees, summer wildflower meadows, autumn colours and the mists of winter.  It’s a magical place to work and play.

"We must say how much we enjoyed our recent visit to Berrybank Park to listen to the Orchestra of the Swan and their programme of music The Lark Ascending. 

The welcome we received from your Car Parking Team set the tone for the whole evening.  The overall setting of Berrybank Park is just splendid with wonderful views over the Cotswolds countryside.  The Pavilion was a perfect setting for the concert which included works by Elgar,  Holst, Vaughan Williams and Britten.  The orchestra received a standing ovation for their performance which was a fitting end to a wonderful evening of music.

 

We are looking forward to joining you again during the summer months for musical and tribute performances to be held within your magnificent Amphitheatre."
